At Vida, we are here to restore energy and promote well-being. Our best massage and spa treatments in Vancouver and Whistler are tailored to the needs of each guest. Choose from a range of traditional body therapies, facials, wraps and exfoliations. Many of our treatments are based on Ayurveda, an ancient traditional Indian medicine.

Vida Spas educate guests on the etiquette of quality consumer time and ‘minute to minute’ service. We offer full 60, 90 or 120 minute services vs. 50 and 80 minutes. Vida believes that these extra 10 minutes make a world of difference in your treatment. It gives our therapists more time to focus on your specific needs and, as most guests just begin to relax after 45 minutes, it allows you to continue to drift into a state of harmony.

Vida Spa’s are exclusive in offering a full 60 minutes or 90 minutes of treatment time. Preparing for the treatment, room set up and clean up post treatment, does not encroach on your integral therapy time.
