VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, August 1, 2002 – Allison Hegedus brings passion, experience and a strong belief in overall wellness and balance to her position as Regional Spa Director for Vida Wellness Spas.
Originally from the Niagara region of Ontario, Allison started her career in the spa industry by training as an esthetician at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario. Following several years of working as an esthetician, Allison's interest in training and management led her back to school to formally study sales, marketing and business management. After working as an educator and sales executive for OMI Technologies, Somak International and Dermalogica Skincare, Allison was given an opportunity to come to Whistler as the Spa Director for the Spa at Chateau Whistler, where she fine tuned her management experience in the spa industry. With her experience, Allison went on to open and manage the Still Water Spa at the Hyatt, consult with the Elizabeth Milan Day Spa at The Royal York, and open and direct the Spa at The Old Mill Inn in Toronto. Her love of the West Coast has brought her back to BC as the Regional Spa Director for Vida Wellness Spas.
Allison is passionate about the spa industry and truly believes that a complete balance of the body, mind and spirit leads to overall wellness. “Helping people find their balance so that they look and feel better, truly is a gratifying career,” says Allison Hegedus,

Allison will oversee Vida Wellness Spa, Vancouver Wall Centre and Vida Wellness Spa, Fairmont Chateau Whistler, while continuing to source unique Products and techniques that will complement Vida Wellness Spa's philosophy.
