At Vida, our customized approach starts with understanding your personal needs, health history and determining your dosha. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can collect this information and you can prepare for your treatment.

We encourage you to communicate your needs throughout your treatment. Our therapists are highly trained and will continually adjust to your comfort levels.

Whether it is the pressure of your massage, temperature in the room, music volume or otherwise, informing your therapist of key concerns both prior to and during treatments, will help ensure a truly satisfying experience.

Please note that our prices do not include taxes or gratuities and are subject to change without notice. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time. 24-hour cancellation notice is required or guests will be charged in full for all services booked.
