NIDRA SLEEP TREATMENT – Relax the body, calm the mind

An aromatherapy massage using rhythmic press and release movements on the scalp, temples neck and shoulders. Releases muscular tension and unwinds the nervous system to promote better sleep. A dosha based sleep prescription provides at home advice. Guests also receive Niche lavender bath salts and a lavender rice pouch, designed to gently cover one’s eyes and ears, blocking light and bringing deeper relaxation and sleep.

A unique massage method that applies generous amounts of warm, sesame oil over the body with extra attention to the head, neck and scalp.
